Flaggs operate an in house management team to deal with any problems you have whilst a tenant with us, unlike some of our competitors our calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand the lettings process and our team is here to help you. Once you have found a property to let with us you will be asked to provide some further documentation to assist us in advising our landlords as to the suitability of the tenancy. We deal with all tenants including those on Income Support. Our tenancies are generally granted for a minimum of 6 months, if you require a shorter period please call us on 01442 232888 and discuss your requirements with one of our friendly staff.
Once you have found a suitable property you will be expected to pay a holding deposit, this is a sum agreed to remove the property from the market whilst the referencing is undertaken, in most cases this money will not be returned if you decide not to proceed, this is all detailed in our terms of business which will be provided once a deposit is lodged. Once a deposit is lodged you will be asked to complete our application form for the references to be undertaken. Assuming all the references are returned satisfactorily a date will be agreed for you to move into your new home, upon completion you will be required to pay a deposit which will be held until the end of the tenancy along with the first months rent, the holding deposit you paid when you liked the property will be put toward your 1st months' rent.
